The following report contains the results of a telephone survey of 410 registered voters in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania between November 4 and 9, 2019. Respondents were interviewed in English on both landlines (157) and cell phones (253). With a randomly selected sample of respondents the margin of error for the surveys is +/- 6.0% at a 95% level of confidence.
