The poll was conducted by the Monmouth University Polling Institute and published in the Gannett New Jersey newspapers: the Asbury Park Press, Courier-Post, Home News Tribune, Courier News, Daily Record, Daily Journal and Ocean County Observer.Three percentage points also is the poll's margin of error.
