About this PollThe September Pittsburgh Tribune-Review/WTAE-Channel 4 Keystone Poll was conducted by Franklin & Marshall College’s Center for Opinion Research in Lancaster. Franklin & Marshall surveyed 604 registered voters in Pennsylvania between Sept. 13 and Sept. 18 -- 275 Republicans, 254 Democrats, 60 independents or other voters, and 15 who declined to give their registrations. The margin of error for all respondents is plus or minus 4 percentage points. The margin of error for the 253 likely voters in the survey is plus or minus 6.2 percentage points
