Udall, who had been up by as many as 10 percentage points in previous polls, is favored by 43 percent of registered voters surveyed, to Schaffer's 38 percent.

About this Poll
Mason-Dixon conducted the poll Sept. 29 through Oct. 1 of 625 registered voters who said they were likely to vote in November. The margin of error is plus or minus 4 percentage points.
