The Survey USA poll`s margin of error in the Senate race is plus or minus 4 percentage points. Pollsters reached 702 registered voters by phone and, of those, determined 621 had already voted or were likely to vote by Nov. 2. The poll was conducted by phone Tuesday through Thursday last week.
