McCain will win Arizona because he is Senator there. Romney will win upper West and Most of Northeast, Mormons will vote for him in the West and he will win most of the Northeast because he was Governor of Massachusetts.

With Giuliani's endorsement, McCain has New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Connecticut essentially locked up -- he already led in the polls there before Giuliani's endorsement. I also doubt Romney will win West Virginia (high percentage of veterans). It's your map, of course. Other than that though, I'd say it's a very plausible map.
