The incoming House would choose the president, and is almost certain to remain Republican, majority and by state delegation. The Senate would choose the VP. A split administration, perhaps Cruz - Castro haha.<br /> <br /> Indiana won't be in play (unless Trump runs a 3rd), nor can I imagine Nevada or Missouri will be toss-ups this cycle. The tie scenario seems to require that either Wisconsin or Nevada go GOP.
