At the end of the day, I couldn't lower myself to Faye's low level. While this map is going to be the most Democratic-Freindly map I will ever create, it is not entirely outside the realm of possibility (with the exception WA and MO percentages). Someone needed to even out the cumulative balance because Faye was tiliting the whole thing unfairly twoards the GOP.
