| Election Notes:
- The 1898-1918 poll book, located at the Nevada State Archives in Carson City, gives Davis's total as 9,268 but the county figures add up to 9,286. This latter figure is the one given in the 1909-1910 Biennial Report of the Secretary of State; Political History of Nevada gives the total as 9,268 (without county figures). The 9,268 figure could be a transposition of digits or the figures in Lyon or Storey counties could have transposed digits that cause the county figures to add up to 9,286.
