Manchin is gone from the Senate. His seat is traded for seat of Thom Tillis of North Carolina, where Jeff Jackson becomes a Senator, while Alex Mooney becomes the new Senator from WV instead.

Sinema is also gone from the Senate. She is replaced by Ruben Gallego.

But for this you also get Sanders and Warren gone from the Senate and they are replaced by Phil Scott, who stars caucusing with Democrats, and Stephen Lynch.

Overall changes:
Joe Manchin -> Alex Mooney
Thom Tillis -> Jeff Jackson
Kyrsten Sinema -> Ruben Gallego
Bernie Sanders -> Phil Scott
Elizabeth Warren -> Stephen Lynch

Composition: 50-50 D

Changes are immediate. Would you accept this?

That said, if I trust Scott and Lynch not to f[inks] the agenda (and Scott's going to require a lot of convincing for me to trust him, what, with the R currently next to his name), I'd take it.

That’d be acceptable. Not 100% on Lynch though.

Scott as a D-caucusing independent would probably cut a figure quite similar to Jim Jeffords, who was a reliable member of Democratic whip counts by the end. Lynch is basically generic D at this point in all but style/"vibes". I'd take the deal, but I wouldn't be thrilled with it.

Jackson and Gallego are definitely less far-left than both Sanders and Warren, although it's close on Warren, so I think it's an overall win. Mooney would just blend into the scrum of the Republican side, while it would be great to have Scott's independent voice in the Senate.

Ditto to what Nathan said. Lynch is generic D at this point, and Phil would be good, and interesting to watch.

Bernie and Warren however are very important to negotiating and advocacy. It would move a lot of weight on the left to Brown, Markey, Merkley, and others. I trust many of them, but Bernie and Warren  are really strong advocates.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Interesting.

No, I don't see what the advantage of this would be.

Ruben Gallego is not a particularly progressive person. I don’t see him being much better than Sinema.

Yes, even if Scott and/or Lynch are problems, and I don't think they'd be, they'd clearly position themselves left of Sinemanchin.
