As a graduate of public schools, a paddling would help immensely in some circumstances.

I don't think it's usually applied to graduates. Tongue

I say yes it should be banned, though not to the extent where a teacher is afraid of losing their job for laying a hand on a student to prevent another student from getting hit or such nonsense.
