How would Bloomberg be doing?

If Gary Johnson can poll at 13%, Bloomberg would be over 20% if not higher. He said he'd spend $1 billion of his own money and Johnson isn't spending anything.

I'm still sad he declined to run. I would've backed him in a heartbeat.
