Oh, one more thing - as acting Chair I formally invite the members of the Earth Liberation Caucus to join us. We're Green, we just haven't got an official platform yet. Wink

maybe I'm purposely not taking sides Grin

Does Polnut know one must be in the JCP to be a member, per the caucus legislation?

So glad that silly restriction continues to be a problem.

It's not silly. Having two sets of parties at the same time would be silly. But we can get rid of (or suspend) caucuses if/when the duel-dissolution goes through.

I don't know. He made it sound like Napoleon was why he left the JCP, but apparently he doesn't have a problem joining the same caucus as Napoleon.

Lol - I gave the reason for my leaving the JCP and while Napoleon certainly frustrated me during my presidency, it wasn't why I left the JCP, lol ... oh Bgwah.

I said I wanted to withdraw from party politics for a time, and I haven't decided whether or not to return to one - I had hoped that the caucus concept would allow a more focused connection based on values and beliefs... because I don't think the current parties give that opportunity

Then quit being stubborn, join the JCP, and vote for the dissolution. Tongue

If I may interrupt, would a lighter shade of blue work? Darker blue has been used by the AFRNC and ACA, and medium blue by the DA.

Don't worry I'm also trying to ensure some level of uniqueness for the Social Democrats as well!! Tongue

Just say it was founded as the Liberal Caucus in December, becoming a party after the JCP dissolved, etc. etc. etc.

Who founded the Liberal Caucus? Oakvale? I forget. Tongue
