Although if you earn enough, you can also buy private insurance here and get even better services via private doctors and better care in hospitals ... (such as not being crowded into a hospital room with 4 to 6 people, but have a single room or 2 patients at most).
On the other hand, the regular single-payer system for all is also pretty good by international quality standards and 99.9% are insured (with the rest, mostly recently arrived immigrants who have not filed for asylum yet, being treated by volunteering doctors).
