Indeed, that just put Franlz at 10.92 instead of 9.92, but that makes no change. I correct that right now.

Really sorry for that. I was entering Gustaf vote when I saw than the quota was changed. I updated all for the new quota, but forgot to deal with the vote I just entered. That won't happen again.
