The problem was that the Republicans nominated a sick joke. Donald Trump was a dreadful candidate for President, and on occasion, sick jokes win elections. We are safest when we have two strong candidates against each other.
On Friday -- India becomes the most powerful country in the Free World, and Switzerland becomes the oldest democracy. Thank you, Trump voters.
