I watched a recording of the vote on CSPAN last night.  I saw that Graham (FL) voted for Cooper (TN). 
I wasn't sure who Cooper voted for and also not sure who cast the vote for Gen Colin Powell. 

Anyone know the answers to the last two items?

Maybe I am color blind, but it looks like Blue for Dems and Red for the GOP to me.

Cooper voted for Powell.  He always does for some reason.  Hope that solves both questions.
