Pacific Speaker Term Act

This will amend the Random Acronym Relating to Council Order.

1. The Speaker of the Pacific Council must hold a seat in the council.
2. The Speaker of the Pacific Council also must not hold an elected office other than the Pacific Council.

Trans Protection Act (Based on GAworth plan)

1. A minimum of one bathroom in all government and private buildings will be gender neutral.
2. If the completed government or private building did not have a bathroom before the enaction of this law, they do not require to install a bathroom.
3. Trans people will not be denied housing, employment, etc. based on them being trans.

We're talking about ratification, right? That's been open for quite a while. The recall election is going up now.
