Tornadoes in Minnesota?  I'd think that would go to Oklahoma or Kansas.

And Michigan is no longer the worst in unemployment, in large part because so many people have moved out of state to find jobs.  (Hopefully Gov. Snyder is bringing them back! Smiley)

Uhh.... that's not really a good solution to lower the unemployment rate

He's not saying that it's a solution, just that it happened to transpire. I think you're creating an association between the first part of his statement and the parentheses that follow it and combining it into "Luckily Gov. Snyder drove people out of the state, so now we have less unemployment." which is, of course, not what he said.

I wasn't talking about Snyder Tongue Just the first part
