I'm happy for the results in Austria seriously.
In 2009, the far right + the europhobic got a far bigger score (35%).
Now, they just got 20%.

Just speculation? (hopefully?)

I got some results from a friend in a town, the far right results are really really high...

Barroso was right when he said France would become the Texas of Europe, this isn't just a protest vote, this is a genuine swing to the far right in France where the educated elite are mostly reactionary to borderline racist.

France has reacted to May 68 the same way Poland reacted to Stalinism.

Marine Le Pen is still one of the most hated politicians in France...

A trend of eurosceptic and/or hard-right parties underperforming? I mean, the PVV did quite badly in the Netherlands, whilst the FPO and AfD did okay but not exceptionally in Austria and Germany respectively. Not that they'll be any real 'Europe-wide' voting patterns, its just a general observation. Except France, of course.
Unfortunately you're right Cry

How badly is DLR (my favourite French party Tongue) failing in this vote?

According to the projections, 3.9%, no seat.

Merde! Another obstacle to UKip forming a group!
Seriously, this result is incredibly high for this party.

I'm surprised SYRIZA was so low, actually - lower than in the last legislative elections. Weren't they supposed to win about 30% ?
Maybe because of PASOK and Potami's relatively good performance (yep I know, PASOK lost big, but still an improvement!)
