No, but I'm not fat becuz I wok around a lot.  Not even tu get anywhere in particular, but just becuz I like to wok and I can't sit still all day.

Cooking Chinese food counts as exercise now?

I'm experimenting with reform'd spellings, if anywun's wondering why I'm riting weirdly lately.

I'd rather have us change the way we pronounce words. Your post just looks like a Cockney infant is writing it.

I try for at least 3 times a week at the gym (ideally 4), I do stuff at home and I walk a lot.

Every day for the last nine years. I have fallen behind the last week or two by several days, but since I don't skip them they will all be done at some point. Tongue

Three to five days per week, depending on circumstances.  Bike (or occasionally swim) every day I'm at the gym, and on alternating days I do weight training and abdominal exercises.

I currently lift heavy 4 days a week, a push/pull routine.  The other days I remain active walking about.

Guys, this should be obvious but "walking" doesn't count as exercise/working out. Come on.

Well, actually, it does. It's not strenuous exercise, but my trainer has always said, walking is a good and steady exercise.

Actually, when the weather is nice I suppose I do walk around quite a bit. But I don't lift weights, do push ups, go to the gym, or anything like that, so I would still answer no to the question.
Same.  I walk the dog(s), but rarely do anything athletic.  The younger boy (13) may be getting into basketball, so we maybe doing that some this spring and summer.

Not as much as I'd like. With class at varying times, work, and extra-curriculars, I make it about three times a week.

Sure it does, if you do a lot of it. Anyway, it's a healthy habit.

I have a stationary bike I park in front of the computer twice a week, although I've lost a lot of the perseverance I had about a year ago. Lately I'm only managing about an hour a week on the thing.. which barely counts.

To get some real weight loss I know I need to do weight training, but I absolutely refuse to build up my arms, shoulders, and chest.

Walking is exercise, but it isn't "working out."  You wouldn't say you "worked out" even if you had just walked 8 miles, but you might say, "I'll walk to the park instead of taking the bus, I need the exercise."

I think workout implies getting your heart-rate up or lifting weights.

Only in update. Though, it's not like Bushie would dare cook ethnic food even if he was allowed to use the stove.

As for the OP, I work out pretty religiously Monday through Friday, but I often find that my friends and I will find ourselves drunk by Saturday afternoon/into the evening and then absolutely beat by Sunday ... so, I skip those days, haha.

Pretty much where I am at, quite comfortably.
