Hmm, tough call...one worked his way up from a shack in NV to the US Senate and the other inherited his position in society and uses it to corrupt democracy.

IMO, Reid is one of the top (definitely top three) HPs in Washington DC at the moment. So I'm going to have to go with Koch (normal).

Many millions in cancer research.  Many millions more to other scientific endeavors.  Many PBS science shows are funded by them.
