1. The Executive Branch shall not file charges of treason in the next 48 hours against any Atlasian who is currently attempting to secede from Atlasia.

2. The Executive Branch shall not file charges of treason against any Atlasian currently attempting secession who publicly reaffirms their Atlasian citizenship within the next 48 hours.
