Let's say the Johnson/Humphrey ticket remains intact and Johnson is nominated by the Democratic Party, and Nixon/Agnew are nominated...Who would you vote for in November?

LBJ, but only to prevent the mess of the Nixon presidency. I would feel a giant lump in my stomach afterwards for actually voting for him.

LBJ. I don't like the stain of Vietnam, but he was one of our best Presidents when it comes to domestic policy. I do really wonder what could've been passed if Democrats had won the 1968 presidential election. In hindsight, we'd almost certainly have had a better shot at ending the Vietnam War with LBJ as opposed to Nixon.
