I wouldn't have a problem with an exception provided it was limited in case of the rare  circumstance of the family coal mine or something like that.

I still have several qualms with this legislation, particularly unpaid labor, but seeing how none of them have much of a chance in passing, I'll wait for Maxwell's amendment before introducing anything.
