Once I get a chance I will write something more concrete up, but there is a difference between silly names and illegible. I hope we can have a fun name without it being an utter chore to write out every time.

Other regions have executive orders, so obviously it's something that does exist. However, I feel like making executive orders so expansive allows the Governor to be far more powerful than the legislature, which effectively neuter their ability. Hopefully we can make some sort of limitation to the ability executive orders have.

Either way, I was planning the name change for the Althing later on, so as to correct every appearance in the Constitution. I am fine with Legislative Assembly.

Your amendment uses the term 'Althing' even though the objective of it was to change it to Legislative Assembly throughout the document.

I see it, and we can make that minor change next.

I will allow time for objections for the current amendment from legislators and or changes, but beyond that if I don't hear anything by 9:00 PM (my time), TNF's amendment will go through.

Once we finish a vote on this amendment, I will have put together a full form of our constitution, and then we can talk about what's next.

Then when we have a new constitution, we'll have some more ideas hopefully.
