Joe Biden runs in 2004 and defeats John Kerry for the Democratic nomination for president. He picks either Kerry or Howard Dean as his running mate (you choose which one.), How does he do in the general election against Bush?  use maps, if you'd like.

What is the reasoning behind your map? And who did you pick as Biden's VP?

Biden's got a lot of Kerry's flaws, though he can't be Swiftboated. He's also gaffe-prone though and might do worse in the debates. Plus either Kerry or Dean are flawed VPs. Essentialy the same outcome but Wisconsin also flips.

Probably the same result regardless of who runs. Maybe a state like Wisconsin flips if it's Dean.
