In an effort to win among South Carolina's social conservative voters and consetitutional conservatives, Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts an TV ad narrating Marco Rubio's belief in a strong America through strong families and through the defense of the values defended by the Constitution of the United States.

The ad titled « Eight years » airs mostly in South Carolina but also in Nevada, Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont and Virginia

« Eight years » advertisement narration :

I believe you can't have a strong America without strong families.

I believe in the fundamental freedoms that make us great. And I believe in God; that God has blessed America.

It's time for a President who will put their left hand on the Bible and their right hand in the air, and keep their promise to uphold the Constitution. It's been eight years since we've had a president willing to do that. I will.

Statement FROM RONALD REAGAN PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY

Nancy Reagan has endorsed Stephen Pearcy for the Republican Presidential nominee. She feels most of his ideas are something that Ronald Reagan would of said.

While she doesn't agree with everything on Mr Pearcy she thinks that Pearcy is trying his best to defeat the defeat the Washington elites and that his Economic plans really fell like something Ronald Reagan would say. She also agrees with Pearcy's healthcare plan calling it a good fight to Obamacare and that it favors people over corporations all day everyday

She recommends undecided voters to go ahead and vote for Pearcy.

I thought the Colorado Republican caucuses were in April. Correct me if that's not the case.

According to this;
http://frontloading.blogspot.com/p/2016-presidential-primary-calendar.html
The GOP Colorado caucus is on Super Tuesday, but no Presidential Preference Vote is taken.

Stephen Pearcy talks about Nancy Reagan endorsement in Nevada rally

I was honored to be endorsed by the great Nancy Reagan today *Crowd cheers* She mostly agrees with my economic plan and my healthcare plan to get government and corporation corruption out of healthcare.

She is pleased by my promise to deliver the biggest tax cut in history and my plan to make a balanced budget amendment. *Crowd cheers again*

I gotta be honest I didn't know I was gonna get this endorsement. I thought it was going to go to Rand Paul or something like that but luckily it goes to me.

I think our path is very similar. Outsider and celebrity who are going face to face with the establishment favorite. Let's see if the result is the same we are hoping it jazz

Also she has told everybody who is undecided in not just Nevada and South Carolina but in everybody single primary and caucus left to vote for Stephen Pearcy for your Republican nominee!

*Crowd cheers*

My friends, we just learned that Associate Justice of the Superme Court of the United States and Supreme Court's leading conservative Antonin Scalia died today. So please, let's give a moment of silence for Justice Scalia.

[Moment of silence during which Senator Rubio, his supporters and the undecided voters close their eyes for a moment]

Antonin Scalia was appointed by President Reagan 30 years ago. He was a legal giant. He was a brilliant man. He was faithful to the Constitution of the United States. He changed the arc of American legal history. And I'll tell you, his passing tonight, our prayers are with his family, with his wife, Maureen, who he adored, his nine children, his 36 grandkids. But it underscores the stakes of this election. We are one justice away from a Supreme Court that will strike down every restriction on abortion adopted by the states. We are one justice away from a Supreme Court that will reverse the Heller decision, one of Justice Scalia's seminal decisions, that upheld the Second Amendment right to keep and to bear arms and to ensure self-defense.

We are one justice away from a Supreme Court that would undermine the religious liberty of millions of Americans. And the stakes of this election, for this year, for the Senate, the Senate needs to stand strong and say « We're not going to give up our people's constitutional rights and the U.S. Supreme Court for a generation by allowing Barack Obama to make one more liberal appointee. »

As President of the United States, I will nominate and confirm principled constitutionalist conservatives to the Court. That's how we're going to protect every unborn child from premature death and give them a chance to live. That's how we're going to protect the Second Amendment and the right to self-defense and that's how we're going to defend freedom of religion.

Thank you. God bless Antonin Scalia. God bless you. God bless the United States of America.

[Loud applause from the crowd of voters]

Our Navy is now smaller than at any time since World War I, our Army is headed for pre-World War II levels, and our Air Force has the smallest and oldest combat force in its history. And make no mistake, numbers matter. As President, I will send the following message : disengagement is over. American leadership is coming back strong and, together with our allies, we will not surrender another inch of ground to terrorists or any power that threatens our safety. America is a force for good and radical Islamic terrorists are agent of pure evil. We must and will defeat this evil, which requires making our military the strongest on Earth, expanding our alliances, sanctioning the nations sponsoring terrorism and arming anti-ISIS forces. I know what it takes to keep America safe, free, strong, peaceful and prosperous and that's why I'm asking for your vote. Thank you God bless all of you.

-Economic policy speech at the Lexington Chamber of Commerce in Lexington, South Carolina with Tim Scott and Trey Gowdy
-Anti-abortion policy speech in Lexington, South Carolina with Tim Scott and Trey Gowdy in an effort to attract pro-life voters, social conservatives and Evangelicals :

To me, the issue of life is not a political issue. It's a human rights issue and it's a difficult issue, because it puts in conflict two competing rights. On the one hand is the right of a woman to choose what to do with her body which is a real right. But on the other hand is the right of an unborn human child to live. And they're in conflict. And as a policy maker, I must choose which one of these two sides takes precedence. And I have chosen to err on the side of life.

Here's what I find outrageous. There has been two Democratic debates. The media has not asked them a single question on abortion. Why doesn't the media ask Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders why they believe that all abortion should be legal, even on the due date of that unborn child? Why don't they ask them why they believe that partial- birth abortion, which is a gruesome procedure that has been outlawed in this country, is a fundamental right? I can't wait to expose them in the general election. I am the only candidate in this race who is 100 % pro-life and I believe that we don't resolve a tragedy through another tragedy. If I have a choice to make, I will always choose life.

From the CNN Town Hall with Stephen Pearcy in South Carolina

Question 1:Senator Rubio called you out on the idea of keeping Dodd Frank can you please explain?

Well I think the idea of Dodd Frank seems good on paper however it was executed by this administration very poorly

Well I wanted to repeal it and wanted to replace it with a new and improved Glass Stegall which his repeal by President Clinton in 1999 lead to the housing crisis and the big crash almost a decade later.

I like the idea of Wall Street being regulated and I like the idea of Glass Stegall coming back.

It may be hard to get to the bank that have merged but I totally believe with bipartisan support on this we can get it to work.

As a matter of fact you can go to my website and you find out all details of my Glass Stegall reform

Question 2:Mr Pearcy would you consider yourself the most Bipartisan person in this election?

Yes indeed 100% without a doubt.  As President I will try my very best to work with not just Republicans in the senate but Democrats and independents as well to get issues done and what bills and orders to sign.

I have views that maybe Democrats can go along with such as repealing Wall Street, Giving LGBT people more human rights, and help trying to fight ISIS.  I will prove to this country that I am not a one Party force.

Marco Rubio's schedule February 10-February 20 2016, Part 3

February 15
-Flight to Las Vegas, Nevada
-Meet with voters in Las Vegas, Nevada
-Speech at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Las Vegas, Nevada, in an effort to win among Mormons (a religion practiced by Rubio and his family during his childhood), a group that is likely to play an important role in determining the winner of the Nevada Republican caucuses
-Speech at Las Vegas Springs in Las Vegas, Nevada
-Fundraising event at El Cortez Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada with Brian Sandoval
-Speech ahead of a crowd of undecided Hispanic voters at the Latin Chamber of Commerce Nevada Inc. in Las Vegas, Nevada with Brian Sandoval in an effort to attract Hispanic and Latino voters through a bilingual speech both in English and Spanish :

The Obama Administration has failed to create economic opportunities for the American people, including the Hispanic community. This is due to the rising size of government that is weakening our people's purchasing power by taking them money away through higher taxes and regulations.

No wonder that the economy is the number one issue Hispanic voters are most concerned about. As President, I will reduce the size of government, reduce taxes and regulations, abolish the IRS, make America energy independent, lower our corporate tax rate to 20 % and reduce the cost of doing business in America, which will allow all Americans, including Hispanics to prosper.

Gracias. Que Dios bendigua la comunidad hispana. Que Dios bendigua los Estado Unidos de America.

[Loud applause from the crowd of undecided Latino and Hispanic voters who are now ready to vote for Marco Rubio during the Nevada Republican caucuses]

-Economic policy speech at World Market Center Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada with Brian Sandoval :

The federal government is controlling over 80 % of Nevada area, which is causing much more trouble for the people of Nevada who is struggling to find good-paying jobs and to live the American Dream. That is why we need to promote free market, which is the real solution to the problem as I'm sure Ronald Reagan would have said, to reduce the size of government, to repeal and replace Obamacare, to reform our education system, to abolish the IRS and replace it with a 15 % flat tax, to cut taxes as well as regulations and government spending and to make America the best place in the world to start and expand a business by cutting our corporate tax rate to 20 % and lowering the cost of doing business in this country, which will allow Nevadans and all Americans across the nation to be successful and prosperous here on the land of opportunity.

-Foreign policy speech in Fallon, Nevada with Joe Heck and Marc Amodei :

Nevada has a history of being the site of many nuclear tests, especially during the Cold War during which a nuclear war could have been triggered at any moment. But fortunately, we won the Cold War, thus destroying any chance of nuclear war with the Soviet Union.

But today, even though we are not in the Cold War, we've got Iran who seeks to develop nuclear weapons while Barack Obama allowed Tehran to do it through this Iran nuclear deal that lifted sanctions, thus giving Iran the necessary capitals to keep building nuclear arms and to sponsor international terrorism. We need to expand our military alliances in the Middle East, to put in place anti-missile shields to take down any nuclear missile and to restore these sanctions in order to stop these capitals to fall in the Iran's hands and to be used for the development of nuclear weapons as well as for the annihilation of America and its allies. Iran's nuclear energy should be used for economic growth for the sake of a better and prosperous future for the Iranian people who is already struggling to find jobs and to prosper.

We've also got North Korea who is seeking to develop its nuclear arsenal to strike the United States and its allies, especially South Korea and Japan. But I have shown leadership on this issue by successfully co-sponsoring the North Korea Sanctions and Enhancement Policy Act of 2016 that reinforced sanctions on North Korea and on international companies that are serving as financial intermediaries to North Korea and transferred them millions and millions of dollars for the development of nuclear weapons. As President, I will keep that leadership and I will create the Pacific Treaty Organization (PTO) in order to reinforce our military alliances and increase pression on Pyongyang and thanks to anti-missile shields, we will destroy any missile launched by North Korea against us or our allies.

That's how we're going to protect freedom, peace and international security.

-Meet with voters in Sparks, Nevada
-Meet with voters in Reno, Nevada
-Rally with voters at Reno Events Center in Reno, Nevada
-Speech ahead of a crowd of undecided Hispanic voters in Reno, Nevada in an effort to win among Hispanic voters :

Just like all the American people, the Hispanic community is suffering the constant tax and regulation increases of the last eight years. The people are afraid about the future and lost their jobs. Hispanics are working twice as hard and are making half as much their kids are graduating college and they are struggling to find a job and they are stuck with student loans. This is real life and I think Barack Obama is going to be held account for that. He is going to have to explain to all Americans, including Americans of Hispanic descent, why things are not getting better despite the fact that he's gotten everything he's asked, including taxpayers' money, and that's why my approach is going to create an appeal to all Americans, including Hispanics, because I understand their struggles as a son of Cuban immigrants.

El tema prioritario para la comunidad hispana es la economia y el empoderamiento economico que reforzar la capacidad que trabajar duro y dar a nuestros ninos un futuro mejor.

Our argument is a strong one : we are supporters of American free enterprise system which makes it easier for people to prosper and to live the American Dream. We have to make the connection with limited government and free enterprise.

My parents worked every single day to work to give me and my siblings opportunities that they didn't have. There's only one economic system in the world that that's possible in time and again and that's the American free enterprise system. And the reason why Americans of Hispanic descent should be Republicans is because the Democratic leadership is trying to dismantle the American free enterprise system--the only system in the world where parents like mine, who work hard and play by the rules, can give their children the opportunities they themselves did not have.

That's why my father used to tell me « En este pais, ustedes van a poder lograr todas las cosas que nosotros no pudimos. » In this country, you will achieve all the things we never could.”

[Applause from the audience]

That's why we must promote free enterprise, make America the best place in the world to do business, cut taxes and regulations for all Americans and for business owners, abolish the IRS and to improve our education system. That is how we're going to allow all Americans, including Hispanics, to live the American Dream and to make their children better off than they were like my parents did.

[Applause from the audience]

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad

In an effort to win among South Carolina's social conservative voters and constitutional conservatives, Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts an TV ad slamming Barack Obama and the Democrats for considering Scalia's death as an opportunity to appoint a liberal at the Supreme Court of the United States, which would be a threat to the Constitution of the United States, to unborn children, to the Second Amendment and to religious freedom.

The ad titled « Last Wall against Constitutional Violation » airs mostly in South Carolina but also in Nevada, Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia

« Last Wall against Constitutional Violation » advertisement narration :

A few days ago, Justice Antonin Scalia has died after proudly serving America at the Supreme Court of the United States for 30 years.

Barack Obama and the Democrats see Scalia's death as an opportunity to appoint an additional liberal at the Supreme Court. But a liberal Supreme Court will impose violations to the Constitution of the United States, increase the number of abortions, take away the American people's right to possess firearms and to ensure their self-defense and undermine freedom of religion for millions of Americans. We can't let that happen. We are the last wall against constitutional violation. That's why we need to block any liberal that Barack Obama seeks to appoint.

As President of the United States of America, Marco Rubio will appoint constitutional conservatives to the Supreme Court in order to defend the Constitution, to repeal and replace Obamacare, to protect all unborn children from premature death caused by abortion, to protect the Second Amendment, to preserve freedom of religion as well as freedom of press and freedom of speech all across the country.

Vote for Marco Rubio, a constitutional conservative, champion of America's freedom and defender of the American people's constitutional rights.

I'm Marco Rubio and I approve this message.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad

Since South Carolina is the state with the greatest proportion of military veterans on its territory, Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts, in an effort to win among South Carolina's military veterans, a T.V. ad narrating Marco Rubio's record of improving veterans' living conditions and featuring veterans, including Rubio's brother Mario Rubio, explaining why they support Marco Rubio for President.

The ad titled « Veterans » airs in South Carolina but also nationwide (in all the 50 states)

« Veterans » advertisement narration :

Mario Rubio (Marco Rubio's older brother) : I'm so proud of my brother Marco Rubio for his service to our country and to veterans, including me, in their post military career. He is the best man to take care of our brave men and women in uniform. Like all of us, Marco is grateful of our veterans' service for America, a strong and beautiful country.

Veteran 1 : I support Marco Rubio because he has a clear record in defending veterans against bureaucrats.

Veteran 2 : He cosponsored the AGREE Act, a bill that gave tax credits for veterans opening a business franchise, so it helps them to find a good paying job and to prosper after their military service.

Veteran 3 : He successfully co-sponsored the 2014 VA reform law by introducing a measure empowering the VA secretary to hold managers accountable for incompetence, negligence and corruption and to care more about veterans than bureaucrats.

Veteran 4 : Because that's another way to reward our veterans for their military service and their sacrifices for America.

Veteran 5 : After serving their country and fighting tyranny and terrorism, our men and women in uniform need something in return and Marco Rubio knows it.

Veteran 6 : That's why President Marco Rubio will always thank them for their courage and service not only through medals of honour but also through social services and health care services by using the same leadership he adopted in the Senate when it comes to take care of our veterans.

Veteran 7 : He will make sure that our service and our fight for America will not be in vain. He will fight for America and defeat its enemies. He has the best plan to defeat ISIS and to keep America safe, strong and free.

Veteran 8 : He will do it by modernizing the U.S. military, strengthening our military alliances and striking radical Islamic terrorists on their turf.

Veteran 9 : He will prevent a nuclear Iran by restoring sanctions that will stop capitals from being used by Iran sponsor international terrorism and to develop nuclear weapons that will strike the United States and their allies.

Veteran 10 : Under Marco Rubio's leadership, America will triumph against ISIS and international radical Islamic terrorism.

Veteran 11 : We are deeply concerned about our country's future, about everything we fought for during our military service.

Veteran 12 : America is worth fighting for. America's values are worth fighting for.

Veteran 13 : Marco Rubio will defend everything we fought for, he will bring America to peace and permanent security.

Veteran 14 : Strong American leadership is one of the most important elements of a new American freedom, a new American security, a new American prosperity and a New American Century. That's why we, veterans and men and women in uniform, support Marco Rubio for President.

Marco Rubio : I'm Marco Rubio and I approve this message.

Stephen Pearcy Healthcare speech in Reno Nevada

Obamacare has been a disaster I think we can all agree. It has raised taxes and has threatened to take over private insurance companies.

Obamacare has many restrictions that are now trying to fix it well as they say you weap what you sow am I right?

I am afraid that if elect a Democrat in November that they will make Obamacare even worse and they will try to bring in more restrictions and more ways to block out the private sector and the free market.

My healthcare plan will allow the free market and the private sector to thrive and compete to provide more health access for American families.

My plan will get health insurance out of the government cause what is going on is like how let's say your car insurance was controlled by the government? That would be terrible you prob would see more car crashes per year.

My plan helps the Free Market and weakens Big Pharma

-Speech in Spartanburg, South Carolina in response to Bernie Sanders :

Senator Sanders has said that the American people was sick and tired of hearing about Hillary Clinton's emails. Does he mean « the American people is tired to hear the truth about Clinton's emails, about the risk caused by her use of a private email server while Russia, Iran or China could hack these emails and diminish America's national security and put lives in danger » ?

[Boos from the crowd]

The one thing the American people is sick and tired of is to be lied to by Clinton and the Obama administration about these 30 000 deleted emails, to see America's national security declining and to see attacks against the United States. Clinton's actions are unjustifiable. We need to investigate on her email server. We need to reinforce our security measures as well as our military in order to defeat terrorism. Unlike Barack Obama, I will keep America safe.

-Anti-abortion policy speech in Greenville, South Carolina in an effort to win among pro-lifers, social conservatives and evangelicals :

Another way to promote life is to abolish funding for abortion clinics. That way, we will not only stop the killing of unborn children but that is also another way to reduce government spending.

I am a pro-life candidate from a pro-life party. Every life is precious. Abortion is never good. Let's give every child, born or unborn, the right to be raised, to be loved, to appreciate life and to live the American Dream.

-Meet with college voters at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina with Mario Rubio and Trey Gowdy in an effort to attract young voters
-Foreign policy speech at the Peace Center in Greenville, South Carolina with Mario Rubio and Trey Gowdy :

Here we are, in a building called the Peace Center. So the question here tonight is how to promote, defend, preserve and reinforce international peace. Some candidates in this race don't understand the truth about the rise of ISIS. The emergence of ISIS is caused by the withdrawal of US troops from Iraq by the Obama administration while our troops' job to defeat terrorism and to train the Iraqi army was not yet accomplished, which resulted to Iraqi troops' unreadiness against radical Islamic terrorists who were able expand its territory until Baghdad on only a few weeks. This rise is also due to President Obama's lack of leadership and incapacity to renew the Status of Forces agreement. ISIS' emergence is also caused by the schism between ISIS and Al Qaida. That is why we need to fight and defeat ISIS, Al Qaida and all other radical Islamic terrorist groups, which requires the restoration of American leadership, the modernization of our military, the reinforcement and expansion of our military alliances, to strike radical Islamic terrorists on their territory, to provide weapons to the Kurds and to put in place background checks on Syrian rebels before arming them. That's how we're going to defeat radical Islamic terrorism and to restore international security, freedom and peace.

[Applause from the audience]

-Rally with voters at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina with Mario Rubio and Trey Gowdy
-Speech in front of a crowd of undecided military veterans in Greenville, South Carolina with Mario Rubio in an effort to win among South Carolina's veterans :

I understand our veterans struggle to adapt. My older brother Mario Rubio is a military veteran and he represents to me an example of the living conditions of our veterans. I always support him just like all other veterans to help them to earn the best post military service life they would ever know. I have a clear record on improving our veterans lives.

In 2011, I cosponsored the AGREE Act. This bill gave tax credits for veterans opening a business franchise, so it helps them to find a good paying job and to prosper after their military service.

I successfully co-sponsored the 2014 VA reform law by introducing a measure empowering the VA secretary to hold managers accountable for incompetence, negligence and corruption and to care more about veterans than bureaucrats because it's another way to reward our veterans for their military service and their sacrifices for America.

We are a nation that honors its men and women in uniform, including veterans. So if I'm elected President of the United States, our veterans will be rewarded for their valiant service to their country not only through medals of honor but also through health services.

If we take care of our veterans, as I always did and will always do, they will be thankful of the services we'll give to them just as we are thankful of their service for this country, for freedom and for our national security. I will use this leadership as President of the United States. So I can promise you that our future military veterans will have access to the same services as the current veterans do.

God bless our men and women in uniform, God bless our veterans and God bless the United States of America.

Barack Obama is trying to promote partisanship by seeking to appoint a liberal to fill Justice Scalia's vacancy. He wants to take away our people's guns, to promote abortion and to award Guantanamo terrorists with constitutional rights even though they harmed the American people through terrorist attacks. I agree with Senator McConnell : the voters, and not Barack Obama, are the ones who will decide the composition of the Supreme Court because we are a democracy. And if I'm elected as the 45th President of the United States, I will defend our democracy and our Constitution by appointing a conservative to replace Scalia, which will ensure protection to unborn children, to the Second Amendment and to freedom of religion.

Sanders summary

Sanders continued to campaign this week, in particular focusing on southern states, where he held several rallies in Georgia and South Carolina, while Bel Edwards rallied support for him in Texas and Louisiana. Sanders also continues to raise small donations, with his campaign raising $36 million last month. It would appear that Green Day's tour in support of him is having an effect.

Meanwhile, Sanders also campaigned in Florida, hosting a major rally in Tampa with 20,000 attendees. Numbers at his rallies have been steadily increasing since the tight finish in Iowa.

On the final day, Sanders took time out to campaign for downballot candidates, notably Russ Feingold, who is seeking to retake his senate seat from Ron Johnson

Al Gore at a rally in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Last time I was taught, the Senate's role was to advise and consent when appropriate. How are they supposed to consent when they're not even providing advice on whoever President Obama nominates to replace Justice Scalia? For all we know, he could pick a relative moderate like Brian Sandoval, and then where will you be? It's asinine to deny any nominee a hearing until a after a new President is sworn in too. What happens if Warren or Sanders wins? Are you going to deny their nominees hearings for four more years? Give Obama's nominee a vote and if you don't like him or her vote him or her down. That's what we did to Robert Bork, and it's what the proper procedure is for a nominee in the executive or judicial branch of government.

-Speech given by Mark Burns in Anderson, South Carolina in an effort to encourage undecided African American voters to vote for Marco Rubio in the South Carolina Republican primary and in the general election :

Hello, my fellow African Americans, my fellow South Carolinians, my fellow Americans. You know, even under Barack Obama, African American's living conditions have gotten worse. For too long, the Republican Party has struggled to open its doors to the African American community. And we've got some candidates in this race, including Senator Paul, who failed to defend the needs and the interests of the African American people. Remember, a few years ago, he said that private businesses should be allowed to discriminate based on race. He tried to deny it, but he failed. In a 2002 letter, Paul had written to a Kentucky newspaper arguing that private individuals should have the right to discriminate, even if it is abhorrent. He even said that private restaurants wouldn't have to serve Martin Luther King. He claimed that taking on such ethnic discrimination would be in violation of private property. He's wrong. If we give African Americans and other ethnic minority groups the chance to be served in private restaurants and to be employed, we will encourage private property as well as free market because the more people we serve, the more money will be spent by consumers and the more money workers will make. Consumption is one of the most important strengths of free market and all the U.S. economy. The more people we hire, the more competitive businesses will be. Marco Rubio understands my community's concerns and social struggles. He knows that we are the party of Abraham Lincoln, the man who freed African Americans from slavery. Like Rubio said : « If you are white in America, you cannot fully understand what it means to be black in America. » The racial tensions got worse than they were ten years ago and the economic sluggish we are actually living has deepen racial inequalities. We need a reformed criminal code, which criminal regulations and laws are easier to understand, a reform of civil forfeiture by which people suspected of crimes will be deprived of private property. We need economic growth for all the American people, including African-Americans and we need to promote school choice to give African Americans an easier access to education. That's exactly what Marco Rubio will do as the next President of the United States of America. He will make sure that all Americans, including African Americans, will have jobs.

And I am proud of Marco Rubio's support to Governor Haley's efforts to remove the Confederate flag from South Carolina's Capitol Hill because he knows that All Lives Matter. That means black lives, white lives, Hispanic lives, Asian lives, Christian lives, Muslim lives, etc. That's why I became a Republican. Marco Rubio is the only one who can defeat the Democrats because he will open the Republican Party to all ethnic minority groups, including African Americans. Why? Because for Marco Rubio, All Lives Matter.

Thank you. God bless the African American community and God bless the United States of America.

[Loud applause from the crowd of African American voters who are now ready to vote for Marco Rubio in the South Carolina Republican primary on February 20]

There you go again, Rand, on the establishment thing. I've got to remind Senator Paul that I am endorsed by Ted Cruz, Mike Huckabee, Jeff Sessions, Steve King and Scott Walker, all Republicans who are outside the establishment. So I am the only one candidate in this race who has shown ability to bring all the factions of the Republican Party together because unlike my opponents, I am the candidate of all Republicans, of all conservatives. If I'm the nominee, we will unite and grow our party, we will be the party of the future, and a new voice will be heard from the Oval Office. That's why I am the best candidate to lead this great and diverse party to victory in November.

[Crowd applauds]

Marco Rubio's response to Rand Paul in Reno, Nevada

First of all, I never said that I was Ronald Reagan. I am my own man. Secondly, when it comes to John McCain, Mitt Romney and Bob Dole, they would have been, without any doubt, better presidents than Barack Obama who is destroying our economy through big government policies and is disengaging from our fight against terror, allowing terrorists to attack us. These three men would have put in place a conservative agenda that would have cut taxes and government spending, reduced the size of government, got us to energy independence, kept us safe against terrorism, they would have defeated radical Islamic terrorism and they would not have tolerated abortion and gun control. So Rand, it is deplorable, shameful, inexcusable and irresponsible to dishonor these three honorable men who, for all their adult lives, fought for all the values that make America great, free enterprise, democracy and security, who would have made better leaders than President Obama and would have prevented the mess in which America is today. For TPP, we can avoid job losses by reducing our corporate tax rate to 20 %, which will make us competitive because the reason why jobs are shipping overseas is that we have the highest corporate tax rate in the developped world, which is 40 %, while Singapore has a 17 % corporate tax rate, 17 %. By cutting taxes and regulations for manufacturing businesses, we will keep American manufacturing jobs here in this country because it will make America the best place in the world to do business and that will allow us to create more manufacturing jobs. I am the only candidate in this race who is proposing conservative solutions to the economic challenges facing our country. And yes, I will represent a new voice in the White House because this election is a generational choice about what kind of country we will be. The establishment has never suggested background checks on Syrian rebels before arming them while I did propose this, which will help us to identify the Syrian rebels who deserve to be armed and those who do not due to ties with radical Islamic terrorists. The establishment has never suggested to reduce our corporate tax rate, while I did propose this. I believe and I know that our country has always been about the future. Before us now is the opportunity to author the greatest chapter yet in the amazing story of America. We can't do this by going back to the leaders and ideas of the past like the Democrats are suggesting. We must change the decisions we are making by changing the people who are making them. That's why I'm running for President to lead America to the future, to a New American Century through free market solutions, a business-friendly environment, energy independence, education reform and budget balance. That's how we're going to get to the future because bigger government policies that take money from taxpayers, make us dependent on foreign energy and offshores American businesses overseas push this nation backwards, to the past. That's why I'm running to be a leader of the future. If I'm the nominee, we will be the party of the future.

Fighting the Iranian nuclear threat is crucial not only for international security but also to protect freedom of religion. If Iran gets nuclear weapons, they will bomb Israel through nuclear missiles, which would wipe Israel off the map and cause the massacre of a great part of the Jewish people. Such move is in violation of freedom of religion, an important wall defending justice, freedom, democracy and gender equity and an important element of the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. If we take action, if we put in place anti-missile shields to take down any Iranian nuclear missile and if we restore diplomatic and economic sanctions against Iran, we will stop Iran from getting the revenues from the lifting of sanctions to keep building nuclear weapons and to support terrorist groups. That way, we will not only prevent any war against Iran but we will also save Israel, the Jewish people and Middle Eastern Christians from persecution, which will save freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, the right to peaceably assemble and the right to petition. If you want freedom to be maintained and your values to be defended here and abroad, I'm asking for your support.

Yesterday, we've learned that the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) took control of Al-Shaddadah and a nearby oilfield in Syria's north-east Al-Hasakah Governate after clashes with ISIL militants. This is another step to victory against ISIS not only because these radical Islamic terrorists lost ground but also because they lost some of their oil refineries that they used to produce oil that they sell in order to fund their terrorist attacks. So ISIS lost a part of his revenues from their oil refineries. That is why we must take on ISIS, strike them, take their oil refineries and give them back to the Syrian people. That's also a reason why America must get to energy independence by drilling its energy here at home in order to take advantage of all its sources of energies, which will not only bring massive job creation here in America but will also make us independent on foreign oil and deprive terrorists of revenues from America's energy dependence to finance their terrorist activities. That is another tool to defeat terrorism and that's another element of America's victory against terrorism.

-Meet with voters in Greenville, South Carolina with Nikki Haley, Lindsey Graham and Tim Scott
-Social policy speech in Greenville, South Carolina with Nikki Haley, Lindsey Graham and Tim Scott
-Town hall meeting with undecided voters in Greenville, South Carolina

Voter 1 : Senator Rubio, who do you consider to appoint to replace Justice Antonin Scalia at the Supreme Court of the United States?

Marco Rubio : Well, there is a lot of qualified Americans across this country whose most important values are defended by the Constitution of the United States. My list of potential nominees is long. I will appoint a constitutional conservative who will defend every single article, amendment and word of the Constitution of the United States and will fight for everything we've got from the American Revolution thanks to our Founding Fathers.

Voter 1 : Thank you, Senator. You have my vote.

Voter 2 : Senator Rubio, should we renegotiate our relations with Pakistan due to suspicions claiming that Pakistan sponsors terrorism?

Marco Rubio : Yes, absolutely. In fact, Osama Bin Laden has been hiding in Pakistan for ten years and we only found him and killed him by ourselves. We have to make sure that Pakistan is on our side and ensure full Pakistani cooperation with the United States in the War on Terror and our broader counterterrorism efforts in the region. Pakistan must fulfill its obligations to deny safe haven to all terrorist groups and take action against those who aid, support and abet them. Continued U.S. security assistance should be conditioned on Pakistan’s actions against militants that seek to destabilize Afghanistan and the Middle East and threaten the U.S., as well as steps Islamabad takes to support accountable, civilian governance. One sign of Pakistan’s seriousness is its handling of the case of Shakil Afridi who was arrested by the Pakistani authorities while he assisted U.S. efforts to locate Osama Bin Laden.

We must also make human rights issues a priority in discussions with Pakistan. Pakistan should enforce its laws equally, giving women and religious minorities the full protections they deserve. In particular, it is long past time for Islamabad to repeal Pakistan’s harsh blasphemy laws, which unjustly carry a death sentence and enable extremists to blackmail and intimidate their opponents. Prisoners on death row for this so-called « crime » should be released immediately.

I hope our two countries can improve our cooperation on these important issues and as President of the United States, I will make sure that this will happen.

Voter 2 : Thank you. I just made my choice for the South Carolina primary tonight and this choice is you.

-Meet with voters in Bluffton, South Carolina with Nikki Haley, Lindsey Graham and Tim Scott

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad

In an effort to increase African Americans' voting turnout in the South Carolina Republican primary and to win among South Carolina's African Americans, Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts a T.V. ad slamming the Democrats for all the struggles African Americans are suffering and narrating Marco Rubio's plan to improve this community's living conditions.

The ad titled « Alternative » airs in South Carolina

« Alternative » advertisement narration :

Marco Rubio is proud to be in the party of Abraham Lincoln who freed African Americans from slavery while the Democrats opposed the abolition of slavery as well as African Americans' freedom. Some Democrats like George Wallace, an ardent segregationist during his career, has said during his inaugural address "Segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever!"

Even under Barack Obama, African Americans' living conditions got worse. Some of them were unfairly killed, especially in Ferguson and Charleston.

The Republican Party has a clearly better record in improving African Americans' living conditions than the Democratic Party. Here is a great example of this matter of fact : Marco Rubio supported Nikki Haley's efforts to remove the Confederate flag from South Carolina's Capitol Hill after a supremacist killed 9 African Americans in Charleston, South Carolina. As President, Marco Rubio will cut taxes for all the American people, including African-Americans, in order to give them a stronger purchasing power and to help them to prosper. He will reform criminal code, which criminal regulations and laws are easier to understand. He will reform civil forfeiture by which people suspected of crimes will be deprived of private property. He will promote school choice, which will cost families, including immigrant families living paycheck to paycheck, less and produce higher outcomes compared to public education. It will grant parents the power to orientate their children out of poorly-performing schools assigned by zip code and look for better education elsewhere. It will expand opportunities for low-income students—especially minorities—to attend high-quality schools that would otherwise be accessible only to higher-income families, thus increasing their chances of success and of entry into the workforce.

That's how the African-American community will prosper and that's how we will bring this country together through racial relations' improvement. So the choice for national unity is clear : Marco Rubio.

I'm Marco Rubio and I approve this message.
