It's amazing what you can find with the search function.  Like this thread for example:

Barack Obama has been oversold in my opinion by people who know nothing about him, and only like the IDEA of someone like him.  That is the kiss of death, usually, because the real person can never live up to the hyped-up expectations.

Exactly.  It's the Curse of the Keynote Speaker.

Neither Bayh nor Ford nor Obama will get anywhere beyond where they are now.

But this thread is also great:

Especially this post:

Graham/Daniels                330
Obama/Spitzer                  208

I believe Obama is over rated as a potential Presidential candidate.  Spitzer would be a solid VP choice, but should probably be at the top of the ticket.  He will probably be elected Governor of New York in 2006.

I do not believe Graham is gay, and he would certainly have to talk his way out of his "Gang of 12" lunacy.  He may have ticked off some of the GOP base with this stupid display of theatrics, however, Obama and Spitzer are so liberal, there is no way these voters would be supporting them, and the base would be back in the GOP fold for the election.  Daniels is credible VP material, and would not hurt the ticket.
