Judge refused to order the prosecution to give the names of the first 3 witnesses to the defense, even on the promise that Trump would not "Truth" their names (lol), and then even on promise they would not be shared with Trump. Worried about their safety.

Then, he will have to give the defense time to prepare for their cross-examination.

Hmm, don't know about that. They'll still find out day of. The prosecution said they usually give the defense the names in advance as a courtesy but wouldn't in this case.

By the way, the jurors selected today are a disaster for Trump.
Only two potentially unbiased jurors, while the other six are probably anti-Trump.
