I'm OK with Gellibrand, but I don't see her as President anytime soon.

I'm not sure what it's of, but I'm guessing it was something that you attended that was important to you at the time. It looks like it was pretty good fun.

I don't normally wander into this thread, but I wanted to test out my new signature. I was getting tired of the Menzies quote and decided to move along to a quote from my political role model.

It was a friends inaugration party look at the date), and it made fun of the 'mission accomplished' banner on the USS Abraham Lincoln.

As for nthe quote, i'm a little concerned about just what Wilburforce meant by 'station', but otherwise its a good statement on how society could run in a better way.

Is that a medic? If so, of the same army?

I don't think I get it, but I still grinned when I watched it the first time (and saw it, say, the third time)

Love the cat reading over the shoulder, great stuff
The guy who runs up and shoots the other guy is a medic but they are on different teams.  It's supposed to be "me" but the "actor" was actualy a squad mate of mine at the time.  My wife made the sig and played "camera man".  It's from the game Delta Force:Blackhawk Down.  I'm often a medic when I play FPS.

My play style is tricky.  I don't play a Rambo style, more of a James Bond.  My squad mates made fun of me for it (not in a serious way).  My wife made the sig for me as part of that joke.  She's very good at it, I'll rotate through them over the next few weeks.  This is probaby the best one though.

Talk about supporting obscure candidates....
But who would have ever guessed Obama? So, way to go out on a limb.

Probably the exact opposite of what I'd be (though I'm probably more of a +4 or +5 on both).

I have before and it was a silly result (as expected). I believe I was +3 on the social scale and +1 on economics.

This rudderless world is not shaped by vague metaphysical forces. It is not God who kills the children. Not fate that butchers them or destiny that feeds them to the dogs. It’s us. Only us
