Whatever the case, that has to be higher than the alcohol tax, and that's quite insane (and we all know my opinion is that alcohol taxes shouldn't even exist.) They're directly comparable as two beverages, yet in the eyes of the state alcohol is clearly "worse" (21 age limit vs. no age limit at all) And that's basically the position everywhere too.
