Beshear is at 62% in this first look at a General Election match-up. Fletcher is at 34%. 36% of Kentucky Republicans cross-over and vote Democratic in this contest. Beshear leads 7:1 among Democrats and 5:4 among Independents. Beshear leads in all 4 regions of the state. He leads by 15 points among men and by 42 points among women.
