Methodology

Public Strategies interviewed 800 likely Texas presidential primary voters statewide February 24-25,
2008. The sample included 507 registered voters who said they are likely to vote in the Democratic
primary and 293 who said they are likely to vote in the Republican primary. The sampling error for the
sample of likely Democratic primary voters is ±4.4 percentage points at the 95% confidence interval. The
sampling error for the sample of likely Republican primary voters is ±5.7 percentage points at the 95%
confidence interval.
