Methodology
Public Strategies has interviewed 1,200 likely Texas presidential primary voters statewide, including 730
who say they are likely to vote in the Democratic primary and 470 who say they are likely to vote in the
Republican primary. The sampling error for the sample of likely Democratic primary voters is ±3.6
percentage points at the 95% confidence interval. The sampling error for the sample of likely Republican
primary voters is ±4.5 percentage points at the 95% confidence interval.
