Comments

The way current trends are going I would think that the Republicans would gain the Governorship in Louisiana and hold on to the Governorship in Mississippi. The Democrats would pick up the Governorship in Kentucky. I believe that with Governor Ernie Fletcher's popularity at a low that the Democratic candidate, Steve Beshear will capitalise on Fletcher's low popularity. In Louisiana, the Republicans with the nominee more than likely going to be Congressman Bobby Jindal will pick up Governor Blanco's seat. In Mississippi, incumbent Governor Haley Barbour will easily win re-election.
