Hello Liberal!
Stop spruiking for those Republicans!
lol
How r u?
I'm having a champers at work as it's Melbourne Cup here today (Kentucky Derby equivalent).
So I'm going to have a headache no doubt very shortly.
I will cry if this map happens...
You don't want that do you?!
But at least you'll be happy, so that's 1 of us.
Fill me in on all the details of those Log Cabin meetings - I want details!
haha

Personally I think the turnout for Obama in Philly & Pittsburgh will swamp the rest of Pennsylvania, but I could be wrong.
What a shocker if it did go.

Pittsburgh in Western Pennsylvania will be closer then you think. Obama will hold onto Pennsylvania because of Philly and the Philly suburbs not Pittsburgh. Mc Cain will take Western Pennsylvania.prediction Map

Not Pittsburgh itself, maybe the suburbs.
But that's just my gut probably nothing at all scientific.
I think he will win PA by 7 or 8 points minimum maybe even 10.

So have you voted yet?

I was wondering if I would do an early if I lived there, depends on work I guess.
If it was here I would have to take the day off or do it early as the lines are too long.
I'd probably get the day off just so I could do it on the day for the atmosphere etc.

Tuesday seems to be such a stupid day to have them.
We have ours on Saturdays, which is the weekend at least for more than half.
We still have early voting for religious reasons, being away, inconvenience etc.

Are you excited???

I'm still coming to terms with this whole Republican thing.
What do your friends think girl?
You must be a rarity in West Hollywood!

You'll have to join up with the Log Cabin for support!

Oh well I'll still talk to you...
just
;)

LOL Yeah well I'll get by just fine.

No Im not excited Im depressed sad and bitter. Other then that just peachy!

I think Obama is a bad bad move for this country. Tommorow and the next 4 years are going to be rough. I truly hope he is not "tested" by our foreign dictators.

His election makes me question this country just as W Bush's once did when I was a democrat. That was before Obama Pelosi and Dean.

Same here, Liberal.

If Obama wins, I have little hope for this country. People seem to be attracted to images and illusions rather than genuine proven character and substance.

We dashed our hopes in 2004, and if Obama wins, we'll do it again in 2008 . . . One tragedy followed by another!

I love Pelosi!

Why does she get such a rough deal?!

It will be ok I'm sure, hell you may still win, god forbid!
:)

You'll be ok.

I'm just so excited for the Democrats, at long bloody last, hopefully.

What is it that scares you so much about Obama?
This is what I would like to know.
In a nutshell.
I know he's not Hillary, & I was disappointed too, but Democrats always first for me.
Well almost always.

Liberal, and it wont just be dictators that will test us--it's going to be other nations with major international aspirations all their own . . . Russia, China. Americans better realize what their setting up here!

god people it will be fine, I just don't see reason to panic.
He will have such a good team behind him I'm sure, from what I've read he already does.
What a refreshing change from Bush.
I mean please what a chump he's been.
You could do worse, & have.
Imagine Palin behind the helm?
good lord she'd outlaw abortion within the first week for all cases - mother's health included - remember what McCain said about that in the final debate - how condascending was that?
The NRA would have the keys to the whitehouse.
& I wouldn't want to be Gay or Lesbian.
She would blur the line between church & state I have no doubt.
Who knows what she'd do.
Yes she'd be drilling in the National Parks, drill baby drill!
Doesn't believe in Global Warming caused by Man, wants Creationism in schools (not that I have a problem with that as long as evolution is there also).
& of course doesn't believe in Sex Education!
& we know what happens there don't we...

Oh I dont believe that at all.
Unfortunately the Mc Cain camp has let Governor Palin be defined by the liberal media by censoring her early on.

As governor she veto'd a bill that would have denied same sex couples benefits under Alaska law. She deemed the bill unconstitutional.

Hardly a move of someone extremely anti-gay. She also gave a very tolerate answer to a gay related question during her Vice Presidential Debate with Biden. She stated she values tolerance and diversity.

So I for one as a gay man do not believe her to be anti-gay. Conservative Yes Religious Yes but overtly anti-gay and hateful--No.

She is the future of the party and Im happy for her.

She speaks to people in a kitchen table non-elitist tone. She is not a snob and comes off very common and likeable in my opinion she is true to herself and humble she doesnt look down upon people and doesnt have to preach down to people to convince them of the point she is delivering.prediction Map

Well I wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her sorry.
But I agree with your comment 2 box.
My parents like her too so I know the attraction, I can't stand her.
As a person she is ok I guess, I don't mind some of the folksiness.
But in this campaign she has been very ignorant on many issues, & very negative.
She has run a fairly negative campaign.
& you know she also said she was willing to relook at that legislation in relation to the benefits of the Gay & Lesbian employees in Alaska.
So don't be too confident on that one.
She is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Just look at the base of the party she represents & where they stand on the issues & then you know what you will get with Sarah Palin.
Having said that I love Tina Fey & Sarah has been a pretty good sport about it all.
She has some good qualities but I wouldn't vote for her at all.

The closer district in Maine is the second, not the first. This map is wrong on a number of accounts but I think that's just a moment of distraction.prediction Map
