The Washington Gubernatorial Election of 2008 was held on November 4, 2008. It was a rematch between incumbent Governor Christine Gregoire and former State Senator Dino Rossi. The two had faced off in an extremely close and controversial election in 2004. Christine Gregoire was re-elected with 53.5% of the vote.
