Q. Overall, do you approve or disapprove of the way Chris Christie is handling his job as governor?

53-41 (68-26 in November)

Q. I'd like to ask about some people and groups. Please tell me if your general impression of each one is favorable or unfavorable, or if you do not have an opinion: GOVERNOR CHRIS CHRISTIE

46-43 (65-27 in November)

Q. The 2016 presidential election is far away, but if the election for president were today, and the candidates were [ROTATE ORDER: Republican Chris Christie and Democrat Hillary Clinton], for whom would you vote?

55-34 Clinton

...

Note: Two-thirds of this poll was completed before the recent allegations by Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer that Sandy aid was withheld from her city due to her unwillingness to support Gov. Christie’s re-election.

Don't know what to think of this:

* Rutgers had awful polls in 2013 in both the Governor/Senate race
* Rutgers had one of the best 2012 polls in New Jersey

Maybe this one is correct again, because it's in line with the 8-point Hillary lead that Quinnipiac showed yesterday for the US ...
