There will be an "enhanced" version of the speech with added graphics on the White House website.

I seriously doubt you'll get the Republican response there tho.  I'd expect C-SPAN at the very least to have a feed and probably plenty of other sites as well.

Has anyone come up with a drinking game for the speech?  I expect it would be easy to get drunk if you were to take a shot each time he says "tax loophole", "revenue enhancement", or some other euphemism for a tax hike not involving raising the rates themselves.
