I am not really for the short term, but for the long term prospects.  This company I will be interviewing for is Intermountain Health Care, the largest private employer in Utah and Southern Idaho.  There is more promise and hope of a not-too-distant raise, whereas at Xerox there is no hope for a raise.

It's also nice to see that the Boot is still inspiring late night hijinks. That place must have the highest under 21 to over 21 ratio of any bar in the country. Some things in life never change.

I must say it reminded me a bit of my own experience as well, unfortunately. Except the whole depressive sessions seem to take up most of the time.
