Alrighty. Technically I can suspend the rules as long as no one objects (otherwise we'd need to hold a 2/3 vote). So I'll give 24 hours for objections and then have the final vote on this if no one objects.

Motion granted. With no objections, we'll suspend the rules to bring this to a final vote. As a bill that passed the Senate and amended in the House, it may not be amended again. Senators please vote AYE, NAY, or ABSTAIN.
