     I support Deputy Chair Yankee's proposal. I am admittedly partial to the template that we have used in the South since 2011, but his is far more detailed and far superior.

     In that case, here is the version from 2012 (the 2011 one had an accounting error that might prove distracting, so I chose this one instead):

     I have compiled the 2012 budget. In doing so, however, I have obtained revenue numbers that were very different from those that we got last year. Nevertheless, here is the new budget, presented for inspection:

-Military Defense/IDS Militia Structure Act: $0.4365 billion

Welfare:

-Corporate Tax Rate: 8.6% (part of Free Enterprise Bill above - remember other provisions).

     The gasoline tax is set to somewhere between $0.08 and $0.23 per gallon.

     Knowingly hiring unauthorized workers carries a $10,000/violation fine. (I'm pretty sure this won't move the dial, but including it for completeness.)
