While this bill is quite flawed in my opinion, I trust that the House can fix this and improve the funding mechanism while protecting regional rights.

There is a strong chance this may not come up, or be tabled with elements rolled into the Expanding Education Access Act (which was sent to the House as a Free College Bill).

Or maybe we will table the other one and roll that one into this.

Or more than likely PiT will just throw it on the floor as is.

This bill has a rather wierd coalition: the Unionists and Federalists support it, but Alliance opposes.

I believe that since the 24 hours have passed, the voting is now over and this bill has passed 3-2.
