I strongly encourage the assembly to reject this attempt to turn back the clock on gun reform. We need to continue to push for reforms that make are steers safer and ensure that we do not repeal regulations that keep are citizens safe.

I introduce the following amendment to change the name of this bill. It’s inappropriate to politicize legislation by calling something “fascist”.

I am currently negotiating with the Speaker on possible changes on guns and other related Legislation. It is my hope we can reach an agreement on an over arching set of policies.

Unfortunately under the assembly rules you have to motion to  override a  veto  within 48 hours of the veto.
