Currently, Forest Fires are not treated like every other natural disasters which means if the Atlasia  Forest Services runs out of its firefighting funds it has to use money from other programs such as its fire prevention program for firefighting. This means in bad fire seasons the Forest Service wont be able to spend adequate money on fire prevention as they have to spend that money on firefighting and that will mean that since they didnt spend enough on prevention the next year can be even more worse.

One stat which shows how much worse the problem has gotten over the years is this

This is why I believe that the Atlasian Forest Services should be able to tap into emergency funds for firefighting so they can continue to use the rest of their budget for important things like fire prevention .
