Good Morning Senators,
First I'd like to thank the President for the appointment and the Senate for taking part in this hearing. I'd also like to thank Wxtransit for writing the Make Atlasia Debate Again Act which created this position.
During my time in Atlasia, I have moderated three debates. The links are here so you can get an idea of my style:

https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=302718.0In the debates I've hosted, I've put a lot of emphasis on getting audience questions (although it is sometimes hard to get many audience questions) in order to get a wider range of concerns addressed by the candidates. I've also been flexible in the way I hold debates. I usually have no problem letting candidates post their answers after the deadline. Some may see this as a lack of control but as far as I see it, unless the election is very close and so there is an urgency to finish the debate, there is no point rushing people. A longer, better thought out answer is better than one that is rushed. I also pay attention to GM updates so I can ask questions more relevant to current events, often these otherwise go ignored.
Outside of hosting debates, I also have past experience as Deputy Game Moderator for 7 months. I calculated estimates for the federal budget and two regional budgets as well as several federal and regional bills so I am willing to put in the time necessary to ensure the debates run well.
Having just finished my term as a Southern Delegate, I have no intention of running for any elected offices in the foreseeable future, so there is no conflict of interest in that sense.
I'm open to questions, of course.
