SECTION 1.

1. The Comstock Act of 1873 is hereby repealed. 18 U.S. Code § 1462 is hereby repealed..

SECTION 2.

1. This Act shall go into effect immediately

This act would repeal the Comstock Act of 1873, which restricted the distribution of contraception and literature on contraception. While the law has been stuck down, this will officially remove it from the books.

If there’s no concerns, I motion to suspend the rules and start a final vote.
