What is Lucas Kunce’s political future, assuming he loses to Josh Hawley this year?

Not much. May try his hand at organizing for progressive candidates in the Midwest or something, but he can’t run for anything for a little while. Maybe a run for a more local office in a few years. I like him a lot and I wish he didn’t live where he does.

IIRC, he hosts a podcast on the Crooked Media network and is pretty popular in those circles. I don’t know if he’s said anything about running for office again, but man…had he won his Senate race, I’m convinced he would’ve become President eventually.

In the list of candidates running for office in Missouri this year, he didn't give a street address, just a P.O. Box in Independence. So it's highly likely he lives in MO-05, it's certain that he lives in Senate District 11, and there are four or more possibilities regarding which state house district he might live in.

Why do people assume that Kunce will win the primary? I think state Sen. Karla May is a strong candidate who could beat Kunce in the primary.

I need to eat these words. I just found out that Kunce has raised more than 200 times as much money as May -- as of Mar 31st she's raised only about 37K and he's raised almost 7,700K.

I wish I could say anything other than “nothing”, considering he has the same first name as me and I love his policies. But I can’t.
