Yeah, I brought this up a few months ago:

One would think that, if she actually managed to win the nomination and be elected president, at some point people would switch from calling her "Hillary" to calling her "Clinton"....because "President Hillary" sounds all wrong.

Back in 2000, it really didn't take long for people to start using "Bush" to mean "George W. Bush" rather than his father.  Of course, GHW Bush didn't have such a prominent role in his son's campaign, so there was really only one Bush in the news.
